How did you find your shoot for Drama ( maybe describe how you felt )?

Great to work with such a creative team and I really enjoyed the fact that it was a character based shoot. I find it much easier to be photographed playing a role than being myself! Audrey Hepburn is a real inspiration so of course I loved being styled as her.

What does the word Drama mean to you?

Kitchen sink to cirque du soleil

Who (past, present, future) inspires you?

My mum inspired me to be independent and not to let humble beginnings stop you from making a varied and interesting life for yourself. It’s amazing where hard work and thinking outside the box can lead you.

If you had an Ideal role, what would it be?

I’d love to play a role like Alice tinker in the vicar of Dibley. It’s a wonderful creation full of heart, humour and it’s bold as they come.

What are you working on at the moment?

I’m currently playing Portia in the merchant of Venice. It’s a radically updated version of a very tricky play. We have set it in Vegas and my Portia is a beauty pageant child star who is both the presenter and the prize of her own game show. It’s ultimately a play about human greed and ugliness, but it’s very entertaining along the way. It’s on at the Almeida theatre until feb14th

What would you like to work on?

A film like the theory of everything. Something that has an important story and message and where you have a real responsibility to be truthful on behalf of real people. I though the performances in that film were incredibly real and vulnerable.

Who would be your Ideal Co- Star

There’s something to learn from every actor you collaborate with but for me someone like Juliet Stevenson or Julie Walters for their ability to be incredibly funny but always routed in truth and often with a hint of sadness too.

What is your Favorite film of all time.

Forest gump. I know it’s not cool but tom hanks’ performance always gets me. I love all the wierd and wonderful characters that he meets along the way too.

If there were a soundtrack to your life, what would it be?

Diva by Annie Lennox would be a good start. I love her lyrics and there’s such variety in that album. I think it might represent the up and downs of life.

Which location ( country ) would you like to film in and why?

Argentina, because I’ve never been and the scenery and ranches with beautiful horses would make me happy.

If you were an animal what would you be?

A cat. Always a cat. I love napping and being daft.
