1. CHECKING ORDER STATUS:
DRAMA Magazine will send you a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes the UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by drama-magazine.com for the tracking information to appear in the Royal Mail system. Upon receiving shipping confirmation, you may visit http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace/ to verify order status. If you have further inquiries, please email customerservice@drama-magazine.com and we will do our best to help.
2. CANCELATIONS:
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please see the RETURNS section for more information on our return and exchange policies.
